    She listened to me when I explained what I needed in a house and as a house. Then she tried to find exactly what I was looking for. She never was pushy for selling a house to me. She is honest and have a very positive attitude. Has always answered my telephone calls and responded to my emails and text messages I could say almost always within minutes after. I am a first time home buyer and she has educated me a lot about houses and house ownership during our visits to properties. Finally she found a great house for me.I highly recommend her to home buyers.

    After my house being on the market for 4 months without much follow up from an agent, I decided to change for the better.     Barb showed us the house that we bought. She got us into view it 2 days before we were supposed to! The offer was in that day and accepted by 10:00 the next morning. On top of all that, she brought a very nice "welcome" gift for us last week. I mention Barb to everyone I know whenever the conversation comes around to real estate.     Barbara was a fantastic asset for our move to Ottawa in the summer of 2016. I was moving a young family with a small (4 months) child across the country to start a new job, with very few connections in the city, Barb helped me navigate the various neighbourhoods in the city, which were good, and which to avoid, and what features we should be expecting in our new home and what rental prices were reasonable. She was highly proactive and responsive in setting up numerous viewings, working around my schedule (which meant evenings and weekends) and even delivered the required rental paperwork as I didn't have a vehicle handy!I would highly recommend Barb for any real estate needs in Ottawa.

    We worked with Barbara to find our very first house last winter and she did some amazing work! She worked very hard to make sure that we saw as many houses as we wanted. She also listened very careful and handpicked some places that we wouldn't have thought of visiting... one of them even became our new home and we absolutely love it!     Barb was great at helping us get quick showings at homes we were interested in. She also did a lot of behind the scenes work to investigate about the history of the homes.     Barb helped me navigate buying my first house in a time when the market was highly inflated and unpredictable. Her years of real estate experience helped immensely when putting in offers, knowing when to go for it, or when to hold back. In addition, her knowledge of neighbourhoods and home builders made it easier to choose whether or not a home was worth viewing. Barb is also able to see future potential in homes, and has an extensive contact list of contractors and resources should a home need work. She also helped find me my first two condo rentals. In the end, we found the perfect home for me, and I couldn't have done it without Barb!

    Barb helped my parents sell their house over 10 years ago and then find their new homes. I remembered very well their experiences with her and tagging along to visit the homes they were considering.This year I decided to buy my own home and knew I’d be reaching out to Barb to do so. Barb taught me so much as a first time home buyer and I will remember those things for a lifetime. Barb knew all the questions to ask to help me decide on the home I would like to live in and what things I need to consider in a home.Further more, Barb has been a huge help once I got my home in putting me in contact with companies and such to help update the home I’ve bought and telling me if they are giving me a good deal or I could do better.Barb really knows her stuff about homes, communities, the market and much more in Ottawa and the surrounding land!     Barbara has gone above and beyond our expectations during our first home purchase. We would have missed out on our amazing home if it was not for her. We were looking for something specific on a tight budget. Barbara was punctual and professional while keeping us newbies up to speed with what felt like a crazy house market. After so many showings and lots of mini road trips we were starting to get tired of looking, wondering if we would ever find a home we liked. We had a day of showings booked but couldn't make it. Barbara offered to go by herself, video the showing and give her honest opinions and I am so thankful! We ended up falling in love with one of those showings, if it was not for her dedication we would not have our home sweet home.
